Experienced referee Jean Claude Ishimwe will be at the helm of affairs as centre referee on Sunday, March 9, when APR host league leaders Rayon Sports at Amahoro Stadium in Rwanda Premier League. The astute centre referee will be assisted by Justin Karangwa and Eric Mugabo while Jean Paul Ngabonziza will be the fourth official.
