Rapstars Experience Hip-hop takes center stage at the French Institute of Rwanda this Friday at 7 p.m. with another edition of Rapstars Experience. Ikirezi Live, Kigali Acoustic Night Kigali Acoustic Night returns on February 28 with an intimate acoustic night at Tugende (19 KG 622 St, Kimihurura). Tickets are Rwf10,000. Kamonyi Way 2 The second edition of KAMONYI WAY is here, offering two ticket options: Rwf15,000: Includes event entry plus round-trip transportation to Kivumu Field. Rwf10,000: Covers entry only. For those opting for the transport package, buses will depart between 12 and 2 p.m. from Oryx Petrol Station (opposite Remera Bus Station). The first bus back to Kigali leaves at 6:30 p.m. for those heading home early. Expect food and drinks at the venue, but if you’re bringing your bottle, a Rwf20,000 corkage fee applies. This event is strictly 18+ and prohibits any illegal substances. Muti Musa & Monk.E Live Depot 37, Mundi Centre sets the stage for an electrifying night this Saturday, March 1, as Muti Musa and Monk.E join forces for the first time in Kigali. This isn’t just a concert—it’s a movement, blending lyricism, movement, and storytelling with some of the city’s finest MCs and dancers. Expect live cyphers, explosive performances, and a fusion of local and global hip-hop energy. The lineup features Prime Mazimpaka, thedicekid, Jaypac, Soldier Uno, Gatikabisi, Ibrahim Zethy, and more, plus pop-up fashion by Wearfragile and Native1018. Early bird tickets: Rwf5,000 | At the door: Rwf10,000 Gather25: Rwanda For 25 hours, believers around the world will unite in prayer, worship, and a renewed mission to share Jesus, and this year, Kigali takes center stage. Rwanda has been selected as the official Live Broadcast Site for Africa, joining six other locations worldwide. On Saturday, March 1, from 1 p.m. till late, BK Arena will host Gather25: Rwanda, bringing together worship, teachings, testimonies, and collective prayer. Open to all ages, this is more than an event—it’s a moment to witness and share how God is moving through His Church across Africa. FIESTA 3 Lavana is unveiling its revamped venue with Fiesta 3, the latest edition of Kigali’s popular dance party. Taking place this Saturday, March 1, the event will feature DJs Niny, Dawee, Infinity, Kavumbi Dust, and Munkl, keeping the crowd on its feet from 8 p.m. Tickets are Rwf10,000 for early buyers and Rwf15,000 at the gate. Shoot for Inclusion Shoot for Inclusion, a wheelchair basketball event in partnership with FERWABA, aims to promote unity by bringing together athletes with and without disabilities. Set for Saturday, March 1, at Petit Stade from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., the event seeks to highlight the power of sports in breaking barriers. Tickets are priced at Rwf3,000 for general seating and Rwf5,000 for courtside access. Rwanda Basketball League The Rwanda Basketball League continues this weekend at Petit Stade with a lineup of women’s and men’s games. On Saturday, Azomco W will face GS Marie Reine at noon, followed by The Hoops Rwanda against UR Kigali at 2:30 p.m. and REG W taking on APR W at 5 p.m. On Sunday, EAUR plays UR Kigali at 10 a.m., and Kepler meets RP IPRC Huye at noon in the women’s league. The men’s matchups include Kepler vs. Azomco at 2:30 p.m., UGB vs. Orion at 5 p.m., and Espoir vs. Patriots at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are Rwf3,000 for general admission and Rwf5,000 for courtside seating.
