Rayon Sports have officially released young striker Prince Rudasingwa after four and half years at the club. Both parties came to agreement for contract termination on transfer deadline day, allowing Rudasingwa to join AS Kigali on a six-month deal. We have mutually parted ways. The club said the decision to let him go was for the best of his interest as it has given him an opportunity to seek more playing time elsewhere. Rudasingwa, 21, is now recovering after undergoing surgery for a chronic knee injury. Elsewhere, Bugesera FC have signed Rwanda U20 goalkeeper Fils Habineza on a three-year deal from Etoile de l'Est. The Nyamata-based club has been having problems in their goalkeeping department, having conceded 17 goals in the first round of the season and they believe the youngster could be a long-term solution. He also earned senior national team selection during the 2025 CHAN qualifiers. Lastly, Musanze FC signed two more players to beef up their striking department aside Ghanaian forward Osei Owusu. Other players who joined the club include Sheif Batte who moved from Kenyan outfit Sofapaka and Richard Mchelenga from Kenya Police.
