The second round of the 2024/25 Rwanda Premier League (RPL) will commence on Friday, February 7. The fixtures released by the league’s board, shows that after some few matches have been played, the league will go on a 12-day break from March 16 to March 28 to allow the national team to prepare for their World Cup qualifier games against Nigeria and Lesotho at Amahoro Stadium. The season is expected to end on Sunday, May 25. Rayon Sports ended the first round of the season on top of the league table with 36 points. They tasted only one defeat which was a week 15 encounter with Mukura Victory Sports at Huye Stadium.
