SC Kiyovu moved to within two points at the top of the league table after defeating third placed AS Kigali 1-0 at Kigali Stadium in Nyamirambo on Wednesday. Elsewhere, Mukura continued their impressive run after beating Gasogi United 1-0 thanks to a lone goal from Opuku Mensah. Etoile de l’Est were held to a 1-1 draw by Gicumbi while Gorilla defeated Marines 2-1.
