Catchyz, one of the leading online classified platforms has availed online marketplace, in Rwanda, that enables users to advertise their business, services, jobs, events, products or items to millions of people online for free. Catchyz’s services were explained, on Friday last week, as part of Eid al-Fitr celebration with partners. Mohammad Hammad, the CEO and Founder of Catchyz said that the company was launched in Rwanda last year in October adding that after opening in Jordan, Rwanda, and DRC they are soon launching operations in Congo Brazaville. We connect sellers to buyers for free. If someone has something to sell they can sell it on Catchyz. Our vision is to change the way we buy and sell in Rwanda and Africa as a whole in line with global technological developments,” he said. The companies that can advertise and sell their products through Catchyz include those in vehicles such as those with cars for sale, cars for rent, motorcycle, trucks and heavy machinery, companies that sell mobile phones , tablets and accessories, companies that deal in electronics and appliances. Catchyz partners who attended the ceremony last week on Friday. They also include companies that have houses for rent, houses for sale, apartments for sale and rent, companies with home and garden equipment, companies with baby and kids’ products, men and women’s fashion, jobs advertisement, job seekers, services, services, boos, sport, music and other products, agriculture machinery and food products among many others. “Our online market place put buyers and sellers together in a safe and trusted classified advertising community.After six months we are already performing well. Our goal is to help you sell and buy anything, anywhere, any time and to get results... all for free. Any company can advertise through the platform,” he said. Catchyz, he assured, makes better branding for advertisers. Catchyz uses the most applications for users such as Android App, IOS App, website and the blog that are in line with technological developments. Catchyz has various partners in the business sector. “Today we have 90,000 users per day aged between 18 and 65 years old,” he said adding that 60,000 of them are very active users using at least 18 minutes and buy online per day. He said the business model has especially targeted Smart phone and computer machine users. To make sure companies are successfully served, he ensured that Catchyz has eye-catching banners with interactive elements and designs that are used as a connection to the sellers’ audience as the designs are custom-fitted to the needs of clients.
