Renowned gospel singer Chryso Ndasingwa is preparing to unveil his debut album, 'Wahozeho,' marking a milestone in his musical journey. Set to take place on May 5, at BK Arena, Ndasingwa will be joined on stage by a stellar lineup of artistes, including Aimé Uwimana, and Josh Ishimwe, celebrated for his creative cultural songs. Also gracing the stage will be music duo Papi Clever and his wife Dorcas. Adding to the excitement, renowned ministry True Promises and Azaph Music International are set to deliver performances, further enriching the concert. Guiding attendees through the enchanting evening will be talented gospel singer and journalist Tracy Agasaro, who will serve as the Master of Ceremonies, ensuring a seamless flow of events. In a recent conversation with The New Times, Ndasingwa expressed his anticipation to share his musical journey with his dedicated audience. Having garnered recognition during the challenging times of the COVID-19 lockdown with his performances of local and international gospel tracks, Ndasingwa is ready to captivate hearts with his original compositions. Born and raised in Nyamirambo to a Catholic family, Ndasingwa's musical roots run deep, nurtured by his upbringing and his active involvement in choirs from a young age. His passion for music led him to master instruments such as the guitar and piano, enabling him to channel his talents into praise and worship. Reflecting on his journey, Ndasingwa shared, “I am a praise and worship leader, as well as a gospel songwriter,” emphasizing his commitment to using his musical gifts to positively impact the community, especially the youth. As anticipation for the album launch builds, attendees can secure their tickets early to avail of special discounts.
