Teenager Thierry Musabyimana could start in attack on Tuesday, November 21, when Rwanda takes on South Africa in a 2026 World Cup qualifier at Huye Stadium. Musabyimana,18, was handed a late debut callup by Torsten Frank Spittler as he joined the camp just a day before Rwanda’s match against Zimbabwe. The Le Havre U19 player, who scored 8 goals in 12 league games during the 2022/23 season, was born in France to Rwandan parents. He is uncapped at any level and is free to play for Rwanda without any FIFA clearance.
