Editor, Allow me to congratulate the Rwanda National Police (refer to the article, “Four rescued from suspected human traffickers”, published in The New Times on May 10) for their outstanding performance and professionalism, particularly in investigating and combating human trafficking and other organised cross-border and transnational crimes within the region and beyond.
