Tour du Rwanda update: Salaeddine Mraouni wins stage four as Ndayisenga retains overall lead
Moroccan Salaeddine Mraouni has won today's stage four of the Tour du Rwanda (Muhanga-Rubavu) while Rwanda's great hope,Valens Ndayisenga, has come in fourth place but will retain the overall leader's yellow jersey.
