The problem I have with going out at night in Kigali is that all the music I hear being blasted is distorted, too loud, and playing off beat. It would be better if there was more live music in the city than the pirated stuff that is also done by poor and young musicians. I know there are many bands and musicians in the city but why don’t they go out and play live music. It’s a good way to make money and it makes the city better and lively. It is disheartening to fail to get any where to go and relax one’s mind listening to good music from our own musicians. Kigali
