Dear editor,I was listening to the official launching of the Mucyo inquiry report with keen interest, but my worry was how I was going to get a copy since I stay very far from Kigali and do not expect to travel there soon. Fortunately, The New Times is publishing a series of the report and since I can access it, there is no doubt that I will get the full report. That is why I feel so happy with the newspaper’s capacity to push its tentacles deep in remote parts of Rwanda. KAGITUMBA
