How manly are tight shirts and t-shirts?

Lately it’s common to spot grown men in shirts so tight that their buttons threaten to burst open. The tight shirts are mostly made to hug the biceps and the shoulders at times making them broader than they really are. But as much as wearers drive contention from these tight outfits, they could easily be an eyesore. Some are so used to making this mistake, you’re blind to it.

Lately it’s common to spot grown men in shirts so tight that their buttons threaten to burst open. The tight shirts are mostly made to hug the biceps and the shoulders at times making them broader than they really are. But as much as wearers drive contention from these tight outfits, they could easily be an eyesore. Some are so used to making this mistake, you’re blind to it.The tight outfits are at times with very short sleeves for those who would like to expose a tattoo to passersby. The tight shirts and tops are not only worn casually, some go ahead and wear them as part of official wear and top it up with a tie.The main reason behind the tight figure hugging shirts is to obviously impress ladies by displaying muscles. But are they really impressed by the body hugging outfits? As some will tell you, the hugging tops are not always eye catching as one may think especially when a pot belly is showing or when there is not much to show in terms of muscles.Others associate them with men who don’t fancy ladies more so when they are in fruity colours as many around town are.As much as one would like to show that they spend time in the gym, overly tight tops are not the best way to do it more so when worn at the office.Too tight clothing draws attention to the fact that you’re overweight, emphasising curves you may not want emphasised. Similarly, over-sized clothes are not the way to go, they don’t always achieve their intended purpose in making you look smaller. The shirt or t-shirt should outline the body without telling too many secrets, offering a flattering figure without emphasising every curve and crevice.Others use the excuse that they purchase smaller tops because they intend to lose weight.Clothes should fit the body you have now; not the one you aspire to have or the one you previously had.  Properly fitting tops feel comfortable. They drape over your body without stretching or billowing. Shoulder seams should rest on the edge of your shoulders; not on top of them and not over them. When you raise your arms sideways, no more than an inch of your belly is exposed. When purchasing shirts and tops it is best to stay away from one that is a few sizes smaller, it could leave passersby whispering in low tones about your sexuality.
