Rwanda Handball Federation is planning to host a regional beach handball tournament scheduled for November 16 at Kivu Selena hotel beach.The federation’s Secretary General Alfred Twahirwa confirmed the development yesterday. "We want this year’s competitions to be much better organised than the previous edition. We are doing everything possible to give something pleasant to fans,” Twahirwa said.He added that the federation is set to invite teams from Burundi and Uganda through their respective federations. Over thirteen (9 men’s and 4 women’s) local teams are expected to grace the tournament. Kigali institute of education (KIE) and Stella Marris won last year’s edition in men and women categories and will be out there to defend titles.The tournament will be sponsored by Sulfo Rwanda.
