It requires an audacious plan to eliminate the vices if the future citizens need be of good moral status.Parents in particular and the community in general, should participate in designing strategies of mobilising the youth on prevention and combating of drug abuse and sexual vices. The Ministry of Education should develop a compulsory national curriculum that incorporates an ethics syllabus containing teaching programmes about drugs and sex education.In other words, there should be a massive awareness campaign against drug abuse right from the grassroots level.
