Final preparations for Miss SFB 2013 in high gear

Preparations for Miss School of Finance and Banking (SFB) 2014 beauty contest have kicked off with 10 girls battling it out for the top crown. The winner will replace Elsie Grace Ingabire who won last year’s title.

Preparations for Miss School of Finance and Banking (SFB) 2014 beauty contest have kicked off with 10 girls battling it out for the top crown.The winner will replace Elsie Grace Ingabire who won last year’s title.The competition started with 15 girls but five dropped out leaving 10 girls to vie for the prestigious crown of the Kigali based school.The grand finale will take place at the SFB campus in Gikondo on November 2. It will be graced by different artistes including Knowles and Riderman among others.The pageant was announced last week by the organising team Rwanda Inspiration Back Up Ltd. The ten contestants for the Miss SFB are Arlette Irakoze, 19, Amandine Isimbi 18, Amanda Melisa 19, Peace Uwera, 20 and Charitte Abingeneye 19.Others included Olga Bahinzi Uwase, 18, Ariane Dusabe Lys, 20, Ghislaine Samantha Uwase 19, Fabiola Fernandes Akazuba, 19 and Linda Akayezu 21 years."The contestants are undergoing training in catwalk, public speaking skills training, self-expression and creativity. We are looking forward to get highly qualified girls to represent SFB,” said Teta Sandra one of the organisers.Entrance fee will be Rwf1, 000 for students, 2000 for others, and 5000 for VIP. The event will start at 6pm and close at 10pm. According to Teta, this is the sixth time SFB will be holding the pageant. This year, the organisers say the beauty queen will be given enough support to carry out her charity activities effectively.Online voting is already open
