UAE Exchange Rwanda, a money transfer service firm, has launched the International Customer Service Week activities by rewarding some clients and honouring their staff for the great service they give customers.

Riyaz Naghoor, the firm’s head of operations and business development, reinforced UAE Exchange’s commitment to offering world-class customer service.

He thanked clients for their loyalty and trust in the firm. "The culture of uncompromised customer service, nurtured by UAE Exchange globally, ensures satisfaction for its over 3.5 million customers across 30 countries globally,” he said.

The central bank’s Jonathan Gatera officiated at the launch held at UAE Exchange offices at UTC Building in Kigali. Customer service week is an international event that was started by the International Customer Service Association in 1988.
