Search for Rwanda’s best gospel artistes on

The search for the best gospel artistes in the 2013 Groove Awards competition Rwanda chapter is on.  Registration of interested gospel artistes has started and winners will be announced at a grand event on October13 in Kigali. The best artistes, in the respective categories will be voted by the public.The Mo Sound-sponsored music competition is organised in partnership with Moriah Gospel Entertainment and Positive Production.

The search for the best gospel artistes in the 2013 Groove Awards competition Rwanda chapter is on.  Registration of interested gospel artistes has started and winners will be announced at a grand event on October13 in Kigali. The best artistes, in the respective categories will be voted by the public.The Mo Sound-sponsored music competition is organised in partnership with Moriah Gospel Entertainment and Positive Production.Artistes will compete in different categories including; Best male artiste, Best female artiste, Best choir, and new artiste/group, Song of the year, Best worship song, Best video and Best gospel radio show, among others."For the last six years, we have been travelling to Kenya as gospel artistes for these awards; but this time we shall have the event in Kigali. I believe it will be an exemplary event,” said Eric Mashukano, Managing Director of Moriah Entertainment Group.Mashukano told The New Times that six best gospel artistes will be recognised at the event. There will also be two special awards for the outstanding contributors to the gospel music and Best Diaspora gospel musician.
