IT was a star studded turn-out for Koudou’s album launch in Kacyiru on Saturday evening.Local music stars King James, Mani Martin were among the stars in the crowd for the gig at Umubano hotel.Afrobeat fans and live music lovers, thronged the Kacyiru-based hotel where they were welcomed by a well choreographed show.Titled, ‘My Land’, the 11-track album contains tracks like Si iherezo, Fiesta and War Business, written in French, English and Kinyarwanda.  Koudou, born Victor Fidel Gatsinzi, performed tracks from his album such as Kalendari and My Wedding Day, among others.The album launch also included performances from several local talented musicians, Mani Martin, Jody, King James, Jules Sentore, Benny Black, Babou, Angel and the True Disciple.The album is his first release since he parted ways with The Brothers band.
