Kevin Hart will avoid jail time after being arrested in April on suspicion of drunken driving after police spotted him driving more than 90 miles per hour on a Los Angeles freeway.The 34-year-old comedian was charged with two counts of driving under the influence after troopers said he raced on a freeway and nearly missed colliding into a petrol truck.Hart failed his field sobriety test and his blood alcohol level registered at 0.15 -- nearly twice the state’s legal limit.The ‘Scary Movie’ star pleaded no content to one count of drunken driving with a blood alcohol of 0.08 or higher and the other charge was dropped in exchange, according to a report in TMZ.Hart was sentenced to three years probation and three months of alcohol education classes.
