Water shortage a big problem in Rwanda.

Editor,What a business! It is like a restaurant telling its customers to eat responsibly because next time they will not find food! Is EWSA doing business or what? Please get private investors to venture  into the water supply business and get EWSA to wake up.When it is raining, they blame the weather for lack of water. When it is dry, they still blame the weather. For them they are never at fault for their incompetence.Egyptians always have water in their houses for years yet they live in a desert. How can you justify not having water while you live in the middle of natural lakes, rivers and abundant rainfall?Water is essential and a necessity of life. Government should pay attention to water even more than electricity. Lots of diseases are already spreading because people cannot wash properly in many areas of Kigali. To the mayor of Kigali City, please get involved and save us from this mess.Tim Rukundo, Kigali, RwandaReaction to the story, "EWSA blames water shortage on dry season, high demand”, (The New Times, August 1)
