It’s that time of the year when school children take a break for their holidays. It is the best time for kids to relax and catch up with their friends from different schools who they haven’t seen in a while.

Talent Detection ltd is making this happen this holiday. The company which usually hosts talent shows in a bid to search for upcoming artistes and other young talented youth, has come up with a brand new project called, ‘Nezerwa’, to bring together children for a festival.

The idea is the brainchild of Skizzy of the now defunct KGB known for songs like, "Abakobwa b’ikigali”, a song which was a hit on airwaves, when rappers like Lil G were still wearing diapers.

However, this time Skizzy has re-invented himself and on August 11, his company will organise a Kids’ bash at bambino Super City, with the entrance fee at Rwf10, 000 per child.

The event which promises to be big will feature various kids’ games and activities.

There will also be singing and dancing competitions, where the children themselves will act as the Judges. The kids will be given ice cream and pizza, among other yummy edibles.

Kids at the bash will be entertained by some of the country’s popular musicians-namely Bruce Melody, Lil G, Benzo, Davys B and Edouce.

Also on the list of entertainers are comedians Arthur and Junior.

Parents, who would wish to escort their children to the festival, will have to pay an extra fee.
