An easily legible article from someone we have come to expect nothing less. 

On a different but related issue, I wish The New Times would give us a feature article (perhaps followed by regular weekly columns) on IT's contributions to Rwanda's economy: statistics, IT-integration in business operations in different economic sectors, how it is applied in various enterprises, its real rather than assumed contributions to different enterprises' immediate profitability and productivity gains or improvements in strategic market positioning, how our skills development efforts might or might not be keeping up with actual and anticipated demand in this area, etc.

This is not from idle interest. I have no doubt would-be investors will want to have an idea of the situation in this area, and The New Times would be doing our country a lot of service if it could cover this topic in more depth and more systematically.
