Dear Editor,

Most of the books in Kigali book stores are about the 1994 Genocide.

Although reading about it has widened my understanding about what exactly happened, can owners of the business, consider stocking diverse books so as to increase the readers’ choice?

Stocking more literature will save some of us from traveling out of the country to acquire particular literature. We need some material on health, leisure; political stories of other countries and technology among others.

Many of us may not have immediate access to the internet as we travel far from the city, so it is important to widen a readers’ choice.
