Huye-based Mukura Victory Sports are planning to increase their annual budget from Rwf120m to Rwf150m for the upcoming season, Sunday Sports has leant.Last season, Mukura used Rwf80m out of the Rfw120m that had been budged after they failed to collect enough funds in terms of gate collection and other sources for their Kamena Stadium. The team’s main sponsors, Huye District, gave them Rwf60m but they have increased it by Rwf12m to make it Rwf72m, and the club will have to look for other sponsors in order to come up with Rwf150m.Club spokesperson Maitre Olivier Mulindahabi said, "We have increased our budget ahead of the upcoming season and we want our team to get everything they want, that’s why we have come up with a bigger budget.”The Black and Yellow side is targeting to sign Burundian trio of attacking midfielder Hussein Kiza, strikers Claude Nahimana and Christopher Ndayishimiye from Burundi side Atletico. Mulindahabi disclosed that contracts of 12 players have expired in recent days, and the club is planning to sit down with them before the end of this week to see the possibility of who to have their deals extended and who to let go.Cedric Kaze’s team is also reported to be after Isonga’s full-back Celestin Ndayishimiye and goalkeeper Steven Ntalibi.
