Reactions to Prof. Nshuti’s commentary

Editor, Prof. manasseh Nshuti ’s description of Rwandan economy under President Paul Kagame cannot be underrated. Every time I go back home, I see what he meant. And I also imagine what it would be like under another president. That will definitely be total collapse of our economy!

Editor, Prof. manasseh Nshuti ’s description of Rwandan economy under President Paul Kagame cannot be underrated. Every time I go back home, I see what he meant. And I also imagine what it would be like under another president. That will definitely be total collapse of our economy! We Rwandans have to take this commentary quite seriously. It is total truth. Thank you very much Prof. Nshuti.Eugenia Kabanyana,Belgium***************Prof. Nshuti’s article was wonderful until it became obvious what exactly he is putting across. I thought he was going to go into details on the socio-economic intricacies that have built (and will build) this nation.H.E Paul Kagame has said it many times that he did not rebuild this nation on his own. I am not against the third presidential term, but our constitution is very clear. So let us stop trying to undo it.Jonas Kayitana, Kigali, Rwanda***************This commentary by Prof. Nshuti is very interesting. The Prof. has distinguished himself as a true academic with real world experience of Rwanda. The two strands are branded well in this commentary. As the Americans say, it is the economy stupid. You lose it, you lose all. This change should not make Rwandans lose out. Thank you.Marion Nirere, Cardiff,Wales
