Uganda’s funnymen Dr Hillary Okello and Patrick Salvado alongside Rwandan comedians Michael Sengazi and Rusine are set to deliver an evening of side-splitting laughter and entertainment on Sunday, July 30, at Camp Kigali.
It is not the first time that the two Ugandan comedians are performing in Kigali and they have had a blast at their shows.
Rusine is also known for stealing the show and outshining other comedians on stage and has had successful one-man shows. Michael, on the other hand, having become one of the most sought-after comedians in Rwanda, he scooped Prix RFI Talent du Rire 2019, making him the first Rwandan comedian to win the title.

Organized by Arthur Nation the annual comedy event has successfully established a big name in the comedy scene. This month’s Seka Live is highly anticipated from comedy lovers who are looking forward to performances from four big names in the comedy industry performing on the same stage.
Arthur Nkusi, founder of Arthur Nation that organises the show had said that they were in negotiations with many international comedians and it is fair to say that they delivered and as well kept the promise.
Speaking to The New Times, Arthur explained that the show will see the four main comedians taking over the stage. "Given that we are in summer, it&039;s time families gather for a good time without waiting for Christmas events.”
This year, comedians are doing their specials for 45 minute performances. Okello will be doing his one man show called "Funny on Purpose" while Dr Patrick Salvado will do ‘Man from Ombokolo’, ‘Did you just say sex’ by Michael Sengazi and ‘ 3 in 1’ by Patrick Rusine during this edition.
He added that fans should expect to laugh as hard as they did last month and promised good content which is why they invest in bringing good comics to the platform.

Tickets to the comedy show are already on sale on sekalive.itike.io, ordinary tickets go for Rwf10, 000 and Rwf15, 000 for VIP. The gates will open at 6 pm.
