Editor,Greetings! Please identify the foreign backers of Seleka, the rebel group that outsted President Francois Bozize’s government  (Central African Republic) over the weekend. The logistics of war are truly expensive. Guns, bullets, fuel and food are necessary for a war. The indigenous rebels could not have accomplished their objective alone.
