The paintings are made using acrylic and other materials used to make sculptures.  The art show will feature photography, something very few Rwandans understand. The show will also feature pieces by international photographers who captured images of Rwanda. The art show will also establish young Rwandan photographers and help them move forward in their field.Uburanga Arts Studio was founded in June 2010 by a visual artist, Bakunzi Jean-Bosco, with the purpose of connecting with other visual artists to share ideas, discover young talented artists and keep art alive in Rwanda.  The work of established artists, undiscovered talents and innovative young people will be featured too.
