‘I‘m impressed with high degree of security inside Rwanda. It is very remarkable achievement to have such low crime rate. We, as foreigners living here in Rwanda, appreciate very much the high standard of safety in the country. We can drive and walk anywhere in the country and always feel safe. This is something that does not come naturally but it is the result of the intensive efforts of the Police and the good leadership.’
