Editor,Before the process of banning fake cell phones, weigh the pro and cons: affordability and access against quality.More importantly, which fake products and services ought to be banned first? Cell phones before fake drugs, medical equipment, services or food?Rwanda Bureau of Standards and other regulatory bodies should prioritise banning fake products/services with more negative impact.
