Earthly rulers need a lot of money to rule. The money is used to pay government workers, build roads, provide hospitals and schools and buy many other things.

The King of kings does not have to get money from taxes. He doesn’t need money because he owns everything. (Ps 24:1) Wow!

God’s Riches are so great they can’t be counted. His riches are not only money or things you can see. God has tons of Wisdom. He knows everything--past, present and future.

He will give you all the help you need--called Grace--when you trust Him. And you can’t begin to know all His plans for your life and the universe. (Rom 11:33).

God is different from any other earthly ruler in another way. He is never selfish or mean. The Lord God of Heaven and Earth is good (Ps 119:68).

God knows we are not good. Each one of us has disobeyed the wonderful rules He gave us in the Bible. Disobeying God is called sin.

In God’s book we read, "All have sinned” (Rom 3:23), every person on earth deserves to be separated from God forever in a place of punishment.

I have sinned and you have sinned. But our loving God doesn’t want you to be separated from Him. He has made a way for your sins—the bad things you have done—to be forgiven so you can live in Heaven with Him someday. He wants you to be his own Child.

Imagine that—being a child of a King! Even though God loves you so much and wants you to be part of His forever family, and even though. He has all power, He will not force you or anyone to become His Child. You must choose to believe on His Son Jesus.

Jesus who never sinned took the punishment for your sin by dying on the cross. God raised Him from the dead and He is alive now in Heaven. When you ask Jesus to save you from your sin He will.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16).
