Editor,This letter is in reference to your interesting article titled "Millions collected as PSF unveils elite business club”, (The New Times, February 26).Private Sector Federation’s  "Golden Circle,’’ an exclusive networking club, with a membership of high ranking business entrepreneurs is a great initiative, towards achieving Rwanda’s Vision 2020.Private sector led development is definitely the need of the hour and the formation of this elite club is a move in the right direction. We appreciate the efforts of Faustin Mbundu, the immediate former Chairman of PSF in forging a strong partnership with our Chamber in Mumbai and for signing a Memorandum of Understanding during his visit to our city, as part of a road show organised by the Rwanda Development Board in 2010.We wish Alphonsine Niyigena, the current chairman at the Federation every success in her new assignment. We do look forward to working very closely with her and her team in further developing Indo - Rwandan trade, tourism and investments in the coming months.Clarence FernandesCo-ChairmanTravel & Tourism CommitteeIndian Merchants’ Chamber
