Editor,The power supply outage may be inevitable. But this should be well planned. The consumers should be informed in advance so that they are able to organise their work and other activities. But it is a definite NO to the impetuous cutting of the power for 10 to 20 times daily for 10 minutes to one hour as it is in Kimironko. This is intolerable. It is not good as well as for the EWSA (Energy, Water and Sanitation Authority) grid, and the customers’ domestic appliances such as refrigerators, television sets and personal computers et cetera. Who will pay for the damaged appliances? Regarding the story, there is no information on the plans EWSA has to resolve the problem. Their normal response is "we are working on” that.  The public has the right to know what is really happening and when the situation will be stabilised. Send back the journalist to the Director General of EWSA or the Technical Director for detailed information about their work plan and inform your readers on the same.Sobatura, KimironkoMr. Sobatura. Your comments are well received. We would provide definite answers to your queries: -Editor.
