The Blues won the 2022/23 Peace Cup after beating APR 1-0 in the final held at Huye Stadium on June 3 whereas the army club are the reigning champions of the 2022/23 Rwanda Premier League.

The pair will thus battle for supremacy in the Super Cup final in August with a trophy and a cash prize at stake.
