Editor,This is with reference to Prof. Manasseh Nshuti’s commentary, "Change with Stability and Continuity: A Political Home Work. Part II”, (The New Times, February 21).I agree with the entire analysis but I think it is not right to refer to "The East African" view as a "Kenyans" view. The East African is an independent newspaper that does not represent the views of all Kenyans. It is the same with a Rwandan paper. If it wrote the story, it would not be refered to as the Rwandans view but rather a view of that paper or indeed the author of the story.Richard, Kicukiro, Kigali-------------------------------I do agree with views expressed by Prof. Manasseh Nshuti that we, Rwandans, discuss the political change we need. Yes, term limits are not the ones to define the president we want in our country. President Kagame has done quite an impressive job. How do we then replace a captain of a ship in the middle of an ocean?Mathew Ndahiro, Nyagatare
