Editor,This is a reaction to the article, "Informal exports increase by 45%”, (The New Times, February 18).Statistics on the country’s informal exports show that the Democratic Republic of Congo is important and a huge market to Rwanda. Good relations between both countries will be very beneficial for their people and their development. There is real need for durable peace in the Great Lakes region and eradication of negative forces such as Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda and M23.
