Since last month there have been water shortages that seem not to end. This has been a constant inconvenience to us and we no longer know what to do.

We understand that the dry season has started knocking on the doors as it always does during this month but the ministry in charge of water surely must have foreseen this problem.

There are always solutions to any problem and I know river Akagera has not yet dried up. The water is still flowing and it can be refined and treated before being distributed.

I am calling upon the ministry in charge of water to consider this problem and find a tangible solution.
