Rayon Sport management has yet to fulfill promises made to their striker Bokota Labama ‘Kamana’ for helping the blues to second spot in the 2006/07 season.

In an exclusive interview with Times Sport recently, Bokota disclosed that upon putting pen to paper for the club in late July the club promised to purchase for him a vehicle provided to scores goals.

"That was the promise made by some of the club administrators but since then, I have been waiting patiently for the pledge but all in vain,” noted the striker who finished the season as top scorer with 14 goals in ten outings.

The DR Congo born hitman hopes to guide his club to next year’s national league title but called on the club administrators to always fulfill their promises.

He said, "We shall do all we can to play not winning but entertaining football next season now that I have adapted to the team’s style of play.

The 24-year old steered Rayon second place finish after ending the season level with on 59 points with eventual champions APR who had a superior goal difference.

His goal scoring exploits earned him a shock place on the national team squad and he did not disappoint either when he scored the opening goal in Saturday’s 4-0 drabbing of Liberia.
