Dear Editor,

According to your issue of Tuesday June 17th, a new plan that is aimed at improving our city has been approved by government.

As far as I am concerned, Rwanda has one of the cleanest and beautiful cities in the region. Coupled by our good roads, I can only imagine how better it’s going to be.

But as we plan for the city, are there any plans for increasing taxis or buses in order to deal with the transport problem that we still face apparently?

Remember we joined the East African Community and this move comes with increase in the population as many people from the region come in and out of the country.

Please include this in the new plan.
