The Egyptian handball team crowned the champions of the Africa U-18 Handball Championship after beating Rwanda 51-29 in the final in Kigali on Tuesday, September 6.

President Paul Kagame attended the final game at BK Arena.

The U-18 Rwanda handball team, confirmed their final game after beating Morocco 35-34 in a semi-final match on Sunday, while Egypt reached the finals of the tournament after a 66-22 victory over Burundi in a semi-final tie on Sunday as well.
