Through you I would like to remind some police men the need to act accordingly. As the government department that emphasizes law and order, it is very important that they lead in an exemplary manner.

Some members of the Rwanda police are in habit of not wearing seat belts as they drive and also are often seen without helmets when using motor cycles as a means of transport. This is not right and I believe the best way to lead or inculcate a behavior starts with the leader.
