Dear editor,

Installing queue management system in your banking halls comes in handy.

As an international bank, Rwanda Commercial Bank (BCR) has to protect its name and confirm its position as the second biggest bank in the country.

I appreciate the fact that the Queue Management System (QMS) has drastically reduced congestion in Remera branch but still some stubborn and primitive customers beat and overtake others.

The staff too still exhibits poor client relationship and their attitude should change or you sack them forthwith.

The two render your system ineffective but at least a certain degree of organisation can be noticed after the introduction of (QMS). So please as a matter of agency, install the high-tech system in all your braches. Stop wasting customers’ time as most of them pick the money to go and continue their business elsewhere. The money is theirs after all and you are only paid to facilitate the transaction.

Remember time is money.
