Govt vehicles in private business!

I hear that in the USA when a government employee is going for private business, he parks the government vehicle and drives his private car.

While as in Norway, government vehicles are parked immediately after official working hours.

You will never find a government vehicle parked at a supermarket, restaurant or bar.

Why can’t our government borrow a leaf from those two examples?

It is common place finding a government vehicle carrying charcoal, Banana or cows in Rwanda! I

It is just disgusting to say the least.

Government vehicles should be used for official business and not private business!

When a minister drives from Kigali to go and bury a friend or relative who pays for that fuel? Who pays for the maintenance?

Who pays the driver?

Why do poor people behave as if they are rich?

We need to have a spirit of nationalism and mind public property avoiding being selfish in public offices.
