Pay workers

Dear editor,

I was infuriated by an article in your publication recently that said district staticians across the country had not been paid their wages since February. Really how would you expect a person to survive without salary when he wakes up every morning to work?

It is common for organisations to experience financial hardships which may translate into delayed wages, but one would expect the mangers to communicate to their staff. Organise a meeting and explain. Otherwise when you keep quiet the workers think you have ignored them because for you, you’re eating. The workers running to the media suggests there wasn’t official communication.
