THIRTEEN-TIME national league winners and defending champions APR have confirmed Eric Nshimiyimana as their head coach ahead for the 2012/13 season.APR club chairman Maj. Gen. Alex Kagame confirmed that Nshimiyimana will be the military side’s head coach although he has not yet signed the contract. "We have agreed with him (Nshimiyimana), and he has already started work on the training ground. Although he has not yet signed the contract, I can confirm that he will be our new head coach next season,” said Gen. Kagame.Nshimiyimana, who is also the Amavubi assistant coach, returns to the military side he played for and coached before he was sacked when the team accused him of being involved in ‘juju’ in the match of Amavubi’s 3-1 defeat against Burundi in the Nations’ cup qualifier last year.He faced similar allegations in 2006 when he was an assistant.
