MUKURA Victory Sport has signed three players in a bid to strengthen their team ahead of the start of the new season.Coach Emmanuel Ruremesha signed left winger Deo Hatungimana and Cameroonian-born striker Bertrand Yossa Nganjeu both from Espoir and full back Jackson Nkurikiye Amagaju FC."We want to make reinforce our squad for next season. Last year, we were a big short on numbers and weak in some areas. We are not yet done with transfers, we are still in talks with some players to fill other positions,” Ruremesha said.According to the Secretary General Maitre Olivier Mulindahabi, the club is expected to spend over Rwf100m in the upcoming season. Besides Volcano Bus Services, the club has secured huge sponsorship from Huye Water, Eco Queen and Cooperative Ingenzi. Mulindahabi also revealed that the club is set to receive football kits from one die-hard fan Hadji Hamdan, who is based in Dubai."This year, our target is to win the league. We came so close to winning the title last season and we want to keep working hard and see where it leaves us at the end of this season,” Mulindahabi stated.Huye District has increased the sponsorship for the club by an extra Rwf12m. before the package stood Rwf48m annually.
