Medical advice on eyes

Dear editor, I would like to educate the ignorant people that eating meat does not necessarily mean proper feeding. I am sometimes disturbed by people who think that if there meals are full of meat then; there is proper feeding in their homes.

Dear editor,

I would like to educate the ignorant people that eating meat does not necessarily mean proper feeding. I am sometimes disturbed by people who think that if there meals are full of meat then; there is proper feeding in their homes.

A good meal is one that is totally balanced but if you cannot afford to balance it, then, make sure that greens and fruits do not miss. You may remain a vegetarian and health.

Questions like; I wear glasses and I would real like to have a better eye sight, my eye sight is very poor, leaves one wondering if there’s any other ways that one can use every day to improve eye sight, especially when it seems to be getting worse.

Just feed on greens and all your questions will be answered tomorrow. Vitamin A is the most commonly known eyesight related nutrient. Among many uses, vitamin A is required in the production of rhodopsin - a pigment very sensitive to light that is used to see in poor lighting conditions. Lack of vitamin A can cause poor vision, while supplementing the intake could restore the eyesight to its previous level. Carrots and many other vegetables contain good amounts of this vitamin. It is said that a regular diet contains sufficient amounts of A, and that excessive intake above the norm will not have additional benefit. So just make sure you’re not cutting back on a healthy diet
