There is a staggering influx of people from all over the world, coming into our country to partner with us in development.

These people who enormously comprise of whites, from different countries like Canada, USA, and others, have really helped us.

However, these people can’t do every thing for us; we need to exhibit our participation and initiative into programs meant to develop us. People have developed a tendency of leaving every thing to those God sent partners.

As away of motivating them, we should show them our initiative for instance through contributions, and dedicated active participation in the day to day running of the projects.
