Trinidad and Tobago will not take part in the upcoming qualifiers for the FIBA 3x3 World Cup Qualifiers 2023 after announcing their withdrawal from the tournament.

Slovenian men’s team will replace the Caribbean nation in Group B which also features Asian giants China, and Rwanda.

However, Trinidad and Tobago’s withdrawal won’t affect the fixture schedule. Slovenia will take the country's fixtures on the scheduled time.

The seeding for eventual tie-breaking purposes was updated based on the 3x3 federation ranking of the initial seeding date February 1, 2023.
